Job Summary

• IDMANN Institute is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Chemistry Teacher to deliver high-quality science education and inspire students in the field of chemistry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching both theoretical and practical aspects of chemistry, preparing students for examinations, and fostering scientific curiosity.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Chemistry in line with the approved curriculum.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans.
• Conduct laboratory practicals and experiments safely.
• Assess and evaluate students’ academic performance.
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
• Maintain accurate student records and reports.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Promote a safe and disciplined learning environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc / B.Ed) in:
• Chemistry
• Chemistry Education or a related field.
• 2–3 years teaching experience (preferred).
• Strong subject knowledge in Chemistry.
• Ability to conduct and supervise laboratory practicals.
• Good classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and student development.

Added Advantage:

• TRCN registration
• Experience preparing students for WAEC / NECO examinations.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and lab safety standards.
