Key Responsibilities

• Instruction: Deliver comprehensive chemistry lessons that align with the curriculum and cater to diverse learning styles.

• Laboratory Management: Oversee chemistry laboratory activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper maintenance of equipment.
• Student Assessment: Evaluate and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and laboratory reports, providing constructive feedback.
• Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a disciplined, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and subject knowledge.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Education with a focus on Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience: At least one year of teaching experience in chemistry at the secondary education level is preferred.
