Job Summary

To expand the Channels Products adoption and drive usage at designated branches and locations by providing support through training, branding, compliance with LAPO and CBN guidelines, and operational supervision within the territory.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Drive Channels Products adoption in the territory as per 
• LAPO standards and Central Bank Guidelines while tracking Channels transactions and performance. 
• Ensure Agents/Merchants meet all LAPO's operational requirements, such as cash in hand and e-float requirements, signage displays, visibility, filing of reports, and maintenance of device/POS. 
• Supervise and appraise Channels Products activities in the specific region and provide regular updates on Digital Banking services. 
• Conduct Channels Products induction and need-based job training and awareness. 
• Perform regular trade audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency biweekly. Monitor Channels 
• Products, inspect premises and address any challenges. 
• Assist Branches in marketing and sales to ensure they meet customer acquisition and transaction targets. 
• Conduct liquidity management training for Agents. 
• Create awareness about LAPO’s resolution channels and escalate pending issues. 
• Ensure targets assigned are met on a weekly/ Monthly/ Yearly basis. 

Requirements

• Education:   HND / First Degree holder in a business-related program or NCE
