    Channel Partner Manager

    Tasks

    • Increase the market share and facilitate business expansion, aligning with the regional strategic plans through the channel partner network.
    • Cultivate and enhance the network of channel partners and resellers within the Nigerian market.
    • Uncover and develop new market opportunities, establishing additional distribution channels and reseller networks.
    • Collaborate with the Sales team and channel partners to create sales proposals, quotations, and define competitive pricing strategies.
    • Elevate sales performance, marketing initiatives, and customer service standards across the territory.
    • Oversee the sales pipeline, accurately forecast monthly sales, and identify potential new business ventures.
    • Serve as a distinguished representative of the company to all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
    • Maintain up-to-date customer information within the CRM system, diligently follow up on leads, and progress opportunities.
    • Coordinate project development from inception to sale closure, liaising between channel partners and the Sales Support/Technology teams.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing or Sales.
    • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the field of specialization.
    • Fluent communication skill in English language.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Good research and analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Organizational skills including the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
    • Able to work independently and on own initiative within specified guidelines or processes.
    • Able to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information.
    • Strong decision-making skills.
