Change Management Analyst at Stanbic IBTC

Job Description

• Designing project change management plans, engagement of required stakeholders, implementation of change management plans and agenda and rendition of adequate reporting.
• Defining scope of project and the required changes that would be impacted.
• Describe measurement of timelines required to implement changes.
• Harnessing change objectives and goals with existing departmental functions and processes.
• Coordinating different stages defined for executing Project.
• Organize training engagements when and where required.
• Design feedback platform that would enhance continuous improvement.
• Defining systems or control tools that would be used to implement successful changes, reduce or eliminate change failures.
• Manage systems and tools that would ensure all change stages are delivered successfully and within agreed set timelines.
• Coordinate training of staff for a successful change.

Qualifications

• BSc in Business or related field.
• Professional certification such as Poject Management certification, Lean Six Sigma certification (minimum of Green Belt) etc can be an added advantage.

Experience:

• At least 3 years work experience in Change Management or Project Management (banking experience not mandatory but can be an advantage)
• Proven previous experience and ability to transfer knowledge
• Must have handled at least two project changes.
