Job Summary

• Responsible for carrying out welding and fabrication activities during tank repair and rehabilitation in accordance with approved welding procedures and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication works on storage tanks, piping, and structural components.
• Interpret welding drawings and technical specifications.
• Ensure welding activities comply with approved WPS/PQR requirements.
• Carry out repair welding on corroded or damaged tank sections.
• Conduct equipment checks and ensure welding tools are in good condition.
• Maintain safe working practices during hot work operations.
• Support inspection and testing activities when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid international welding certification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial tank or piping welding works.
• Familiarity with SMAW, GTAW, MIG, and other welding techniques.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and hazardous environments.
