As a Certified POS Aggregator, you will play a key role in expanding our digital payment services by onboarding merchants and managing point-of-sale (POS) terminals.
You will be responsible for building relationships with merchants, providing technical support, and ensuring seamless transaction processing.
The duties of a POS aggregator typically include:
Merchant Onboarding: Identifying and onboarding merchants to use POS terminals and payment services offered by the aggregator.
POS Terminal Deployment: Managing the deployment and installation of POS terminals at merchant locations, ensuring they are set up correctly and functioning smoothly.
Technical Support: Providing technical support to merchants regarding POS terminal operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth transaction processing.
Transaction Monitoring: Monitoring transactions processed through POS terminals to ensure they are secure, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants, addressing any concerns they have, and ensuring their satisfaction with the POS services provided.
Training: Conducting training sessions for merchants on how to use POS terminals effectively, including basic troubleshooting and best practices for transaction handling.
Compliance: Ensuring that merchants comply with relevant regulations and standards for POS usage, including security protocols and data protection measures.
Reporting: Generating reports on POS transactions, sales volumes, and performance metrics to track and analyze merchant activity and trends.
Product Development: Providing feedback and insights to improve POS services and develop new features or solutions to meet merchant and market needs.
Market Expansion: Identifying opportunities to expand the merchant network and grow the POS business, including targeting new industries or geographic regions.
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of experience in POS aggregation or related field.
Strong understanding of digital payment systems and POS technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
