This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) based in Lagos.
The CNA will provide hands-on patient care, assist with daily living activities, and monitor patients’ health under the supervision of licensed medical staff. Additional responsibilities include maintaining patient hygiene, preparing and cleaning medical equipment, and documenting patient information accurately.
The role also requires effective communication with patients and their families to deliver compassionate and personalized care.
Qualifications
Proficiency in patient care, hygiene assistance, and recording health metrics
Basic understanding of medical procedures and equipment handling
Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare teams
Organizational and observational skills to ensure consistent patient care
Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent qualification
Commitment to patient-centered care and attention to detail
Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is an advantage.
