Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and staff performance.

• Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR) for oncology care.

• Develop and manage the centre's budget.
• Implement oncology-specific policies and procedures.
• Order medical supplies and ensure adequate stock.
• Attract and retain oncology patients through proactive strategies.
• Execute marketing initiatives to raise awareness of the services.
• Ensure safety and security within the center.
• Prepare regular reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional qualification in healthcare management or oncology is a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience in hospital or oncology operations/management.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
