CCTV Control Room Operator at Sunbeth Global Concepts (SGC)

Job Summary

To operate and monitor all systems within the control room efficiently, ensuring that security operations are conducted in compliance with company standards and procedures. The role involves continuous surveillance, accurate incident recording, and prompt escalation to the Security Officer or Security Coordinator.

Job Details

CCTV Monitoring and Surveillance:

• Monitor live CCTV feeds, identify unusual activities, and ensure real-time alerts to the Security Supervisor or CSO.
• Incident Response and Reporting: Record and report all incidents promptly and accurately using the incident reporting template. 
• Provide video evidence when required.
• Equipment Management: Ensure all CCTV systems and recording devices are functioning properly. 
• Report faults immediately.

Access Control Oversight:    

• Support monitoring of entry and exit points to ensure authorized access only.
• Coordination and Communication:  Maintain continuous communication with guards, patrol teams, and the Security Supervisor for operational updates.
• Data Management and Confidentiality:    Store and manage footage securely while maintaining confidentiality.
• Compliance and Improvement:    Follow company security policies, SOPs, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.     

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor of Science in any discipline (Security Management, Criminology and Security Studies will be added advantage).
• At least 5-7 years of experience as a Security Supervisor in a corporate or industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of access control and security surveillance systems and electronic security.
• Physically and mentally fit to perform security duties.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
