Cassava Agronomist at IBFCAlliance Limited

JOB LOCATION : Ekiti State (Willingness to live and work in a remote area essential)

QUALIFICATION : A degree in Agricultural Science. Additional courses in Business Management or Administration will be an advantage

WORK EXPERIENCE : At least 5-8 years farming experience in an agricultural set up

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY :

This position will be the research and development functional unit of the farm responsible for generating new, usable, and applicable information for maximising cassava yields. The Cassava Agronomist shall be actively involved at all stages of cassava production starting from planting to harvesting.

The aim will be to increase the yield per hectare to optimum through the application of the basic principles of agronomic management

Deliver scientific write ups as set out in the cassava road map.
