Description
- Answers customers’ questions as they arise
- Reconciling cash drawers and sales receipts
- Facilitate return transactions
- Calculating and returning change for cash transactions
- Prepares daily statement of cash
- Operate cash register
- Handles merchandise returns and exchanges
- Issue receipts to customers
- Process sales transactions and takes payments
- Calculating the cost of products or services
- Balancing cash
- Keeping checkout areas tidy and sanitized
- Cross selling and upselling products
- Responding to and resolving customer complaints and concerns
Requirements
- The candidates should possess an HND or OND qualification with 5 - 10 years work experience.
