Cashier at Newedge Finance Limited

Role Responsibility

• Daily cash/bank payments processing, foreign exchange transfer;
• Daily related accounting entry input in accounting system (local and group);
• Maintain petty cash, cheque, financial stamp and financial documents to ensure they are under control and be used in safe ways;
• Complete monthly reconciliation on a timely manner;
• Invoice customer, issue tax invoice and track receivables; register input VAT invoice and verify in tax system
• Management of vouchers bookbinding;
• Clear account receivable and payables;
• Check and verify staff expense claim reports;
• Register and file contracts internally and with Ministry of Commerce for VAT exemption;
• Register fixed assets in accounting system, run monthly depreciation, maintain fixed asset tags and assist in asset stock-takings;
• Assist annual audit, government reports such as statistic report, changing registration certificates, preparing annual inspection documents, etc.;
• Assist in other work assigned by Financial Manager

Requirements

• B.Sc in Accounting or Finance
• 2 - 3 years’ cashier and accounting work experience
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Must be smart, quick learner and reliable.
