• The Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly assistance.
• Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change.
• Maintain cash register balance and reconcile at end of shift.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with bagging and packaging of items.
• Keep checkout area clean and organized.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum SSCE or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous cashier or retail experience preferred.
