Fee Collection: Assist in the collection and recording of student fees, ensuring that all payments are properly documented and accounted for. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records of transactions, fees received, and outstanding balances.
Financial Records Maintenance: Maintain organized and secure records of financial transactions, receipts, invoices, and other financial documents. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and school policies regarding record-keeping and documentation.
Customer Service: Interact with parents, students, and staff in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests related to financial matters. Provide accurate and helpful information regarding fees, payment schedules, and financial policies.
Financial Reporting: Prepare regular reports summarizing cash transactions, fee collections, and outstanding balances. Assist in financial reconciliations and provide financial data as required by school management or accounting personnel.
Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile cash register or point-of-sale system at the end of each day, ensuring that the amount of cash on hand matches the recorded sales and transactions. Identify and investigate any discrepancies or errors.
