Cashier at Integrated Corporate Services - ICSL

Location: Victoria Island and Ikoyi, Lagos.

Job Description

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Collect payments whether in cash and other approved forms
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Redeem stamps and coupons
• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND/HND/BSC qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• MUST have  knowledge of Omega and Ipratico Softwares.
• Basic calculation skills
• Ability to use a personal computer knowledge
• Excellent written and oral communication skill
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
• Must be able to work in early morning and late-night shifts
• Attention to detail.
