Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for taking charge of all cash receipts from customers and accurately verify receipts
• Responsible for Claims Payments and making bank transfer accurately.
• Responsible for Online OA pre-audit for expense reimbursement. Check description, subjects and cost centers of expense reimbursement, and preliminary judge the rationality of expenses.
• Responsible for Offline OA expense reimbursement file. Categorize OA files following urgent and important. For OA audit, mainly verify the integrity and authenticity of invoices and receipts.
• Approval of payments as an accounts officer.
• Ensure the stable and orderly progress of financial income and expenditure, and report the work results to the financial supervisor
• Other duties arranged by Account Dept. Manager

Qualifications

B.Sc in Finance/ Accounting related courses
