Cashier at Dunamis Diagnostic Services

Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage patient payments and support front-desk operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate billing, timely payment processing, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process payments from patients (cash, POS, transfers).
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate daily transaction records.
• Reconcile cash and POS transactions at the end of each shift.
• Support front desk operations, including patient inquiries when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures.
• Report discrepancies and prepare basic financial summaries as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must have 1–2 years’ experience as a cashier, preferably in a healthcare or service environment.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple transactions efficiently.
