Resposnibilities

• Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
• Ensure pricing is accurate
• Processing credit card payments, accepting cash payments and using a point of sale (POS) system for transactions.
• maintaining knowledge of the menu and sales policies
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions.
• Bags purchases if needed.
• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Report any discrepancies
• Provide OUTSTANDING customer service to guests.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Diploma, HND in Accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years experience obtained in a well-structured restaurant of a reputable organization.
