    Cash Sales Executive

    JOB SUMMARY:

    • The Cash Sales Executive (CSE) will manage all cash transactions at the CourierPlus Express Centres, ensuring the accurate collection, processing, and documentation of payments. The CSE will also engage customers, providing excellent service, and promoting CourierPlus products and services to increase sales.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Cash Handling: Receive and accurately process all cash payments for services rendered.
    • Sales Management: Promote CourierPlus services to walk-in customers and upsell additional services.
    • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on shipping services.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, daily cash reconciliations, and reports.
    • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, especially around financial transactions and data protection.
    • Inventory: Monitor and report on Express Centre stock levels (e.g., packaging materials).
    • Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on cash collections and sales to the Express Centre Manager.

    KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

    • Customer Service Orientation: Strong ability to provide top-notch service to customers.
    • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in cash handling and reporting.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Numeracy Skills: Strong ability to handle and reconcile cash transactions.
    • Sales Acumen: Ability to effectively promote and sell services.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues.
    • Integrity: Demonstrated honesty and professionalism in all transactions.

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum of an SSCE or OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Experience in cash handling, sales, or customer service is an advantage, but fresh graduates with the requisite skills will be considereport
