    Cargo Sales Executive

    Job Overview
    The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base within the cargo transportation industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong sales background and a passion for exceeding targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and target potential clients within the cargo transportation industry, including freight forwarders, logistics companies, manufacturers, and distributors.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and delivery of services.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing quotations to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, profitability, and market share, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the cargo transportation market.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the cargo transportation or logistics industry.
    • Strong understanding of cargo transportation processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Willingness to travel as required.
