Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Capsule Filling Machine Operator, located in Lagos.
• The Capsule Filling Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring capsule filling machines, performing routine maintenance, conducting quality control checks on equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• The role also involves collaborating with team members and reporting any machinery issues to the relevant department.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years working experience as a Machine Operator in a pharmaceutical company and handling capsule filling machinery(Compulsory)
• Experience with Quality Control processes and ensuring product standards
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining Machinery and Hand Tools
• Strong Communication skills for team collaboration and reporting
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in machinery operation is preferred
