Call for Expression of Interest for External Auditor Engagement.

Green Concern for Development (GREENCODE) a registered Nigeria NGO (non-profit) organization working on social justice and humanitarian response in both the southern and northern regions of Nigeria is calling for Expression of Interest for the services of the under-listed item.

1. External Auditor Engagement.

 SCOPE OF WORK

The scope of this engagement is the standard in line with the Nigerian Standards on Auditing and or International Auditing Standard (as may be applicable.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT

• Evidence of the Firm’s registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
• Evidence of the Firm’s Partners registration with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN).
• The Firm’s profile, including professional qualifications of the key staff, experience with respect to similar jobs which have been successfully handled, etc.
• Evidence of valid tax clearance certificates.
• Evidence of compliance with the provisions of the Pension Reform Act of 2004.
• Evidence of partners’ membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
• List of clients, especially Non-Governmental Organizations.
