    Call Center Agent

    Job Description

    The Call Center Agent will be responsible for the following:

    • Manage inbound and/or outbound calls
    • Loan recovery
    • Handle customer engagement;
    • Identify customer needs, answer questions and solve problems
    • Proximity to Ijora is a major advantage, therefore candidates who live around Surulere, Costain, and environs are encouraged to apply.
