• The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process.
• You will review proposals, negotiate prices, select the best suppliers, analyze trends, follow up with placed orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records.

Responsibilities

• Experience in Oil&Gas/Petrochemicals/Refinery/Power Plant or any relevant technical field.
• Engineering or technical background. Diploma holder is preferred.
• Positive approach, motivational skills.
• Good understand of technical specifications.
• Send enquiries to prospective/qualified Contractors and get offers,
• Liaison with Project team/user for technical evaluation
• After technical closure, commercial evaluation of offers, Negotiations, ordering, follow up for Job completion on daily basis.
• Resolution of any dispute in-between internal or External stakeholders.
• Contract/Service order monitoring and closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ BE/ B.tech Only
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
