Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Unit Head (Ajah) at Koolboks in Lagos.
- The role involves overseeing the operations and performance of the Ajah business unit, developing strategies for growth and profitability, managing budgets and resources, and leading a team to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Decision-Making skills
- Financial Management and Budgeting experience
- Business Development and Sales skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the renewable energy or refrigeration industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field with 2 to 5 years of experience
- Previous experience in a managerial role
