Business Support Services / Business Support Manager

Work Description
- Liaises closely with SNEPCO logistics and location services to facilitate a first-class logistics service for production Operations teams.
- Inventory Management & Ordering of office supplies.
- Supervise mail distribution.
- Focal point for all domestic travels.
- Focal point for customer hotel bookings.
- Monthly reporting on relevant KPT's.
- Focal point for all logistics needs of project staff (security, land, marine and air).
Qualifications
- Possession of excellent communication, presentation, report writing and public speaking skills
- Ability to work under little supervision
- Working knowledge ofMicrosoft office application.
