Business Support Officer (Underwriting) at Ronsberger Nigeria

Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Underwriting existing policies for profitability and continuity purposes.
• Creates Policy wording and document in line with NHIS stipulations for each client.
• Approves new client for Health Insurance after considerable risk assessment.
• Development of new product in line with NHIS guidelines.
• Gathering information from clients, assessing their insurance needs and risk profile.

Qualifications

• A successful candidate must have:
• A Bachelor's Degree or HND in Insurance, Actuarial Science OR any other related fields
• Work experience with an HMO will be an advantage
• At least Post NYSC experience should be 2 years minimum.

Skills / Abilities:

• Qualified candidates must have:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and managerial skills.
• Knowledge of computer operations.
• Efficient customer relations and retention skills.
• Ability to take initiative with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
