Major Responsibilities & Duties

• Facilitate internally, the retention of all existing corporate licenses.
• Implement retention strategy.
• Build good relationship with internal stakeholders.
• Review external communication templates to suit recent trends and further improve our image externally as a reputable international Organisation.
• Provide feedback of the market, analyze and determine most crucial needs of key clients and partners and carry them out to ensure they receive firstclass customer care and service.
• Prepare and send quotes upon request only to the BMs.
• Raise orders upon approval by the accountant.
• Facilitate the retention of customers while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
• Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed targets which must be met.

Role Specific Competencies / Soft Skills / Qualifications

• B.Sc in Marketing or other Social Science related Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years IT customer service.
• Stakeholder Management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
