Provide strategic support in the implementation of the enterprise business performance system as well as the financial planning and budgeting framework.
Coordinate the collation and analysis of subsidiary business performance reports explaining performance highlights and key drivers of variances.
Provide support in the design and implementation of the company’s balanced scorecard system.
Educational Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in any Numerate discipline (e.g., Engineering Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Economics etc.)
Professional Accounting Certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA).
Work Experience:
Minimum experience - 3 years relevant experience in business performance management, budget and financial planning, balance scorecard implementation.
