    Business Operations Officer

    Job Objective:

    • The candidate shall be responsible for ensuring seamless back-office operations and  exceptional service delivery to customers

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Review account opening documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Ensure operational efficiency and meeting client expectations at all digital touchpoints
    • Constant review of customer support channels to ensure exceptional service delivery
    • Responsible for efficient transaction processing and payment to clients
    • Troubleshoot to resolve client issues relating to support functions
    • Provide analytical reports on customer service metrics, client feedback, statistics and transactions
    • Perform quality control on transaction processing to ensure compliance with regulations
    • Supervise and ensure timely preparation of regulatory and statutory reports
    • Supervise reconciliation of direct sales agent accounts and performance metrics
    • Manage client database 
    • Keep abreast of industry developments and suggest best practices for improvement of service delivery
    • Adhere to the industry code of conduct, regulations, and SEC rules

    Educational Qualification:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

    Experience:

    • A minimum of 4 years post-NYSC experience in financial services operations and back-office activities
    • Experience with reviewing customer support channels to ensure operational efficiency

    Key Competency Requirement:

    • Detail oriented
    • Focused on excellent customer service and experience 
    • Problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Organisational and planning skills
    • Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills 
    • Knowledge of customer service software, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
