Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced project/operation planning and management professional with the ability to drive, organize and supervise daily workflow whilst ensuring efficiency, attention to detail and a very high level of production quality.

Responsibilities:

• Overall operations management across the company
• Ensures business operates within and towards company set goals, objectives and targets
• Overseeing and ensuring successful delivery of all projects
• Task and team management and delegation
• Print production supervision and quality control
• Issues and conflict resolution, risk mitigation
• Resource control and planning
• Process structure optimization, implementation and supervision
• Vendor management
• Business long-term planning and strategy

Qualification:

• PMP certification is an advantage
• 3 - 5 years of experience in similar capacity
