Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations Manager in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Business Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage programs, and ensure efficient business processes.
• This role involves strategic planning and operational execution to drive the bookstore's success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• BSC/HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, and Retail Management. 
• ⁠Experience in inventory management, budgeting, and process optimization. 
• 5-7 years of relative experience 
• Must have good knowledge of business operations, supply chain, and logistics. 
• Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office suite. 
• ⁠Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
• ⁠Must have strong leadership and people management abilities, delegate tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively.
