Business Operations Analyst at Cecure Intelligence Limited

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the Head of Business Analysis and Operations to analyze existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams under the guidance of senior leadership to optimize processes for increased efficiency.
• Assist in utilizing data analysis techniques to extract insights into operational performance.
• Contribute to the development and presentation of reports, communicating findings, and recommending data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements across different business segments.
• Support in documenting and prioritizing requirements for effective project execution.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance measures to ensure consistent and high-quality operational outputs.
• Support in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to operational quality.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives under the guidance of senior management for continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration between all CIL business segments to create integrated and efficient operations.
• Act as a support liaison between different functions to ensure a cohesive approach.
• Identify opportunities for technology integration to enhance operational capabilities.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support the implementation of technology solutions that optimize business operations.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Operations Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the context of business operations optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or any relevant field
• Professional certification is an added advantage.
• Must have completed NYSC
