Business Manager at People Capacity Management

Responsibilities

• Proven Track Record in Luxury Hospitality including high-end hotels, premium flight services, and upscale vacation rentals
• Access to a robust, well-established sales network in the luxury hospitality or travel space, capable of opening doors to high-value clients and sales channels that contribute to growth
• Successful track record in building and scaling high-performing teams, especially in sales and customer service, to uphold exceptional service standards and operational excellence.
• Skilled at creating efficient structures and workflows to support the growth of a large, diverse team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Experience in facility management, particularly in the upkeep and maintenance of luxury properties, ensuring the highest standards in both appearance and functionality to maintain a premium guest experience
• Knowledgeable in the use of hospitality technology, including booking platforms, CRM systems, guest experience software, and analytics tools for operational optimization

Requirements

• Minimum of a First Degree
• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in travel and tour
• Knowledge of facility upkeep, management and maintenance of luxury properties
