Business Manager at HR Aid

Our client, a Fashion Retail Store is looking to hire a Business Manager to manage all business operations of the firm.

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting our services and keeping updated records of expenses and revenues and will be accountable for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, and quality control and will play a key role in developing a team of young and enthusiastic employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily fashion business operations
• Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)
• Run online competitions and offer discount packages to attract new customers
• Responsible for the re-evaluation of existing Sales and Marketing framework
• Responsible for maintaining comprehensive administrative documents
• Responsible for growing the company brand and trademark
• Involved in the general planning & logistics activities of the firm
• Develop and implement long term goals to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
• Order fashion products and replenish stock
• Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
• Apply hygiene practices across all stations
• Ensure all fashion products meets high quality standards
• Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules
• Promote products and discounts on social media
• Receive payments from clients and track all transactions
• Recruit and train the new employees in the organization
• Establish effective working relationships with the clients/customers

Job Requirements: 

• BSc. in any related course.
• 5-7 years’ experience as a Business Manager in a Retail Fashion Store or any similar role
• Additional certification in Retail Fashion course is a plus
• Good knowledge of fashion retail business
• Excellent bookkeeping knowledge
