    Business Manager (Hospitality)

    The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, identifying new market opportunities, fostering team collaboration, optimizing property operations, and driving revenue growth through innovative initiatives. This role also involves overseeing multiple departments, including Operations, Customer Success, and Business Development.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement the company's business strategy to drive growth and profitability.
    • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's short-term rental portfolio.
    • Oversee the Operations Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Business Development Manager.
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
    • Ensure efficient and effective property management operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and safety protocols.
    • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to optimize property performance and reduce operational costs.
    • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
    • Monitor and improve guest communication and issue resolution processes.
    • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
    • Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies and market expansion efforts.
    • Develop and manage budgets for each department, focusing on cost control and revenue growth.
    • Analyze financial reports and data to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement.
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration among the operations, customer success, and business development teams.
    • Mediate conflicts and work towards cohesive interdepartmental relationships.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department and regularly report on their performance to the executive team.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a similar role within the short-let rental, hospitality, or real estate industry.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
    • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and build successful partnerships.
    • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
