Our Client; a fast growing retail service provider with a focus on outfits for kids is seeking to fill the role of a Business Manager.

• The role will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations while achieving strategic objectives of the business.
• The goal is to ensure the profitability of the business and to drive sustainable development.

Job Description:

• Manage business operational activities.
• Organise and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
• Oversee the administrative activities of the business.
• Develop budget and monitor the financial performance of the business.
• Take responsibility for business development and client retention.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, vendors and suppliers.
• Build brand awareness and positioning.
• Oversee pricing and stock control processes.
• Ensure effective management of the various business functions.
• Evaluate and report business performance periodically.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience as a Business Manager, Administrative Manager or related role
• Excellent knowledge of the commercial market and business regulations.
• Minimum of a first degree from a recognised institution
• An accredited professional certification related to the position will be an added advantage.
• Analytical skill and business insight
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
