    Business Manager

    Role Brief: 

    • The job holder is responsible for driving the corporate vision into the government and coperate institutions with the strategic mindset of increase revenue and create business partnerships.

    Buisness Partnerships

    • Strong penetration into the corporate and governement institutions to establish and develop business relationships with an aim to expand the Organization’s database and revenue
    • Maintain a strong understanding of industry marketing channels and technologies that may utilize in activating partnerships with the Organization.
    • Develop and maximize networking opportunities with potential sponsors and top industry players
    • Maintain a database of highly valuable targets and opportunities.
    • Represent the Organization in government and coperate seminars and status meetings, providing buisness information and insights to drive business relationship, highlighting the value potential partners stands to benefit.
    • Identify buisness opportunities within the business-to-business (B2B) and B2C with possible partners to expand the Buisness reach.
    • Analyze partnership effectiveness and obtain ways to optimize growth.

    Leadership and Management

    • Provide end-2-end leadership and Management for the Region
    • Constantly liaise with the MD/CEO on the Buisness vision and develop a long-term vision for the Region
    • Revise strategies and operations to achieve both impact and financial results.
    • Develop a robust systems and ensure controls are in place to support growth with minimal risk and Regional accountability.
    • Invest in the staff development and rising Accountability leaders for the Region
    • Understand Regional needs, opportunities and Regulations.
    • Increase the Regional efficiency by raising the bar and building a resounding team

    Critical Thinking and Problem Solving

    • Capacity to both develop high-level strategies and work with others to develop detailed operational plans
    • Ability to drive towards results in a dynamic and fluid work context
    • Experience with creating opportunities
    • Comfort and experience using data to make decisions
    • Ability to identify risks and develop thoughtful mitigation strategies

    Person’s Specification:

    • 10+ years of dynamic professional experience, with considerable exposure to government and coperate institutions
    • 7+ years in leadership and management capacity
    • MUST have the ability to network and effectively engage
    • MUST be outstanding with a strong coporate background
    • Proven track record of launching new business and building successful partnerships.
    • Capacity to both develop high-level strategies and with detailed operational plans.
