    Business Manager, Cybersecurity

    • Job Summary
    • The Business Manager, Cybersecurity will lead business development and the revenue expansion drive
    • in cybersecurity and related areas; identify new business opportunities, markets, partnerships, and strategic
    • relationships; support the development of new solutions; and ensure business targets in revenue, customer
    • acquisition, profitability, etc. are achieved. The job holder will design and implement sales and business
    • development strategies and plans for the achievement of business goals; manage the team for optimal
    • performance; build and nurture client relationships to expand our delivery of cybersecurity and related
    • offerings; and creatively strengthen Halogen’s value proposition as a top-tier security technology solutions
    • provider.

    Key Accountabilities

    Strategy & Planning

    • Design and lead execution of strategies, plans, and budgets for the delivery of cybersecurity business objectives.
    • Develop strategies and plans for the delivery of revenue targets in line with Halogen’s strategic plans. Drive strategy execution for strong business performance.

    Business Development & Management

    • Drives sales and revenue expansion in cybersecurity and related areas; drives market leadership and business growth across key performance indicators including customer acquisition, revenue, profitability, etc. Leverage business insights and analytics to develop best-fit market engagement strategies.
    • Networking, Strategic Partnerships & Relationship Management -
    • Build strategic relationships, partnerships, and alliances to facilitate the attainment of business goals and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    • Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders for best business outcomes.
    • Develop and maintain strategic, value-adding relationships across a broad sphere of influence.
    • Attend strategic events and present Halogen as a partner of choice.

    Team Leadership & Management

    • Lead and manage the team for high performance.
    • Provide direction and leadership to foster a shared understanding of the business mandate and goal alignment.
    • Facilitate development.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business, technology, or a related field.
    • MBA or related Master’s degree, and relevant professional certification would be added advantage.
    • Minimum of eight year’s sales and business development experience with compelling cybersecurity sales experience.
    • Sound commercial and digital acumen to effectively drive market engagement and sale of technology/digital products and solutions.
    • Strong track record delivering compelling business results and revenue targets; driving business
    • growth, expansion, and customer acquisition; and leading sales and business development for high performance.
