JOB DESCRIPTION 

• General management of the business entity, the salon and where necessary, the manufacturing arm.
• Coordinating sales and marketing operations to ensure revenue growth.
• Management of salon operations, which includes taking appointments and assigning the right staff.
• Keeping accounts and detailed records of clients.
• Quality control of the salon activities including timing.
• Maintain discipline and attendance coordination of staff.
• Participate in progress reviews scheduled with the employer
• Observe the rules, regulations and other requirements as laid down by the organization.
• Content creation.
• Attending events with the founder and doubling as a PA.
