Business Intelligence Developer at Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company

• As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making within Ikeja Electric.
• You will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that transform raw data into meaningful insights, enabling the business to optimize operations and improve performance.

You’ll contribute to:

• Leading and participating in BI development initiatives, including data warehousing, visualization, and predictive analytics.
• Performing analytics on business data, including electricity consumption, utilization, asset performance, and industry trends.
• Designing, developing, and automating ETL processes to structure data for analytics and reporting.
• Developing and maintaining business data models and reporting tools to meet organizational needs.
• Ensuring the integrity, security, and compliance of data across all BI solutions.
• Serving as a BI project architect, collaborating with IT teams, analysts, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Documenting data structures and technical specifications for BI interfaces and data warehouses.
• Providing operational support for BI solutions, ensuring adaptability during upgrades or regulatory changes.

• This opportunity is a Supervisory role suited for a Middle Level Management.
• You will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that transform raw data into meaningful insights, enabling the business to optimize operations and improve.
• This role directly reports to the Lead, Business Intelligence. Successful applicants will typically possess the following criteria:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/ HND in Engineering and/or Computer Science/Decision Science/Programming discipline
• Proficiency in data technology stacks – SQL, Python, and data visualization tools

Work Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work. experience with design, development, automation, and support of applications to extract, transform, and load data
