We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead our data-driven initiatives and play a key role in shaping our data strategy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our BI roadmap, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.
This is a strategic role that requires strong technical capabilities, exceptional leadership, and the ability to work across departments to drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a robust BI strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Design, implement, and manage end-to-end BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Oversee data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modeling activities to support data-driven decision-making.
Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, finance, and other business units to understand reporting needs and deliver customized analytics solutions.
Guide and manage a team of BI professionals, including data analysts and data engineers, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensure best practices in data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration processes.
Translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations and present findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and aligning resources for optimal delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or related roles.
Proven proficiency with leading BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
Proficient in data modeling, data pipeline development, statistical analysis, and scripting languages (such as Python or R).
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Relevant certifications in Power BI or related technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) is a plus.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
