Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead our data-driven initiatives and play a key role in shaping our data strategy. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our BI roadmap, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.
• This is a strategic role that requires strong technical capabilities, exceptional leadership, and the ability to work across departments to drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a robust BI strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Design, implement, and manage end-to-end BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Oversee data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modeling activities to support data-driven decision-making.
• Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, finance, and other business units to understand reporting needs and deliver customized analytics solutions.
• Guide and manage a team of BI professionals, including data analysts and data engineers, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure best practices in data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration processes.
• Translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations and present findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and aligning resources for optimal delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or related roles.
• Proven proficiency with leading BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Proficient in data modeling, data pipeline development, statistical analysis, and scripting languages (such as Python or R).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications in Power BI or related technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) is a plus. 
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
