    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Defining and executing the Product vision:
    • Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategy to align with the company's overall business objectives
    • Leading the Product team: Build and lead a team of Product Managers, ensuring alignment with the company's goals, and fostering motivation to deliver high quality results
    • Plan and schedule sell out timelines, milestones, product strategy & roadmaps.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders:
    • Develop new products and improve existing Products.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the product is meeting their needs and driving value
    • Developing product roadmap and strategy: Create and maintain a product roadmap and communicate that roadmap to stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
    • Establishing and managing Product metrics: Establish and manage Product metrics to measure the success of the product, and utilize those metrics to make data-driven decisions
    • Managing cross-functional teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that the product is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality
    • Staying up-to-date with market trends and competition: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition, and use that knowledge to inform Product decisions and stay ahead of the curve
    • Connect business activities and operations to clear product related outcomes by consistently measuring performance, and providing validated feedback across product team
    • Coordinate product team focus and alignment on achieving vision and roadmap across multiple teams.
    • Drive and coordinate strategic product marketing agenda across multiple products.
    • Translate strategic plans into actionable business plans
    • Carry out financial Sales forecasts

    Competencies

    • Proven track record of success in commercial leadership roles, with a strong focus on revenue growth and business development into Consumer Electronics markets.
    • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of commercial operations and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
    • Experience in working successfully in driving customer solutions through diverse sales channels.
    • Experience of successfully leading sales strategies for both distribution and OEM customers
    • Familiarity with pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and customer relationship management.
    • Experience with commercial processes, tools, and systems.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire others
    • Team player and ability to engage with all levels of people both internally and externally.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
