Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in the IMTA industry with senior management experience.
- Preferably male, for gender balance.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of IMTA, including regulations and market trends.
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong stakeholder relationship management.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Commitment to exceptional service and understanding customer needs.
- Ensures business operates within legal frameworks.
