Business Growth Executive at Bloom Digital Media

• The Business Growth Executive is responsible for driving Bloom's commercial growth by identifying, developing, and converting business opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
• This role is focused on revenue generation, strategic relationship management, and business development.
• The successful candidate willwork closely with the Lead, Growth & Business Operations to build a healthy sales pipeline, secure new business, expand strategic partnerships, and contribute directly to the achievement of Bloom's revenue objectives.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, Commercial Growth,
• Account Management, or a related role. Demonstrated ability to consistently generate revenue and acquire new business.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
• Experience working in a marketing agency, advertising agency, technology company, media company, consulting firm, or other service-based business will be an added advantage.
