    Business Executive

    • Afrihealth is seeking exceptional Business Executives who will play a crucial role in driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful implementation of our health technology solutions.
    • This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in business development and relationship management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the health tech sector.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue.

    Strategic Partnerships:

    • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, technology vendors, and other key stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with partners to enhance product offerings and expand market reach.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and fostering longterm partnerships.

    Market Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
    • Provide insights to senior management to inform strategic decisionmaking.

    Product Launch and Implementation:

    • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure successful launch and implementation of health tech solutions.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and customize solutions to meet their specific needs.

    Revenue Growth:

    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in business development or executivelevel.
    • Knowledge of health tech solutions, trends, and industry regulations.
    • Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Experience in a fastpaced startup is highly desirable.
    • Background in the health industry is a plus but not essential.
