Business Development Team Leader

Location: South East, Nigeria

Job Summary
- He / She will be responsible for the level of sales in an area within the South East Region, by supervising a group of Business Development Executives engaged in promoting sales and supplying products (MPS/CPS) to clients in order to increase market share.
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Team Effectiveness
- Sales, Relationship Building & Productivity
- Marketing, and
- Compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
- Experience in sales, marketing, relationship management or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a BD team
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
