Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of financial products and business development strategies
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Proven track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
