Job Summary
- We are seeking a Business Development Team Lead to spearhead growth, manage a dynamic team, and expand our market reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell the company's products and services.
- Lead and motivate the business development team to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Mentor and evaluate team members for peak performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales/business development, preferably in real estate.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and lead conversion abilities.
- Target-driven with a record of exceeding goals.
